Everything reaches us at [email protected]. Every message is read. Most messages are answered within two working days, and questions from first-time organisers are very welcome.
Worth getting in touch about
- Corrections. If something in a guide is wrong, tell us which page and what the issue is.
- Practice that has moved on. Review models, hybrid formats and sponsorship expectations change; if a guide no longer matches how your field works, we would like to know.
- Suggestions. A part of organising a conference you think deserves a guide.
What we cannot help with
We are a reference site, not a conference organiser or an agency. We cannot run your event, recommend or negotiate with venues and suppliers, review your abstracts, or put you in touch with speakers or sponsors. We also cannot help delegates with registration, tickets or refunds for a specific conference — for that, contact the organisers of that event directly.
